Owner, Kevin Tyson, is an accomplished food and beverage professional with 20 years of experience, and is a trained sommelier earning an Advanced Wine Certificate from the International Sommelier Guild. He designed award-winning restaurant wine lists in Sacramento before opening Thomas Keller’s Bouchon Bistro in Beverly Hills, CA. Seeking to focus solely on wine, Kevin joined Carte du Vin in Los Angeles, where he curated some of the country’s most prestigious wine collections for 6 years. Now living in Bend with his wife and pets, Kevin looks to provide exceptional service and hospitality to wine novices and aficionados alike. In addition to cellar management, Kevin also operates Bend Wine Storage, providing offsite climate-controlled storage solutions.
